Phagwara, February 15, 2009 (Ritesh Kamal): 270th Jayanti of Shri Guru Sevalal Ji Maharaj is celebrated at Mandir Baba Balak Nath, Mohalla Dharamkot, Phagwara, Panjab on February 15, 2009. Function was organized by Dharamsot Welfare Society, Mohalla Dharamkot, Phagwara.
At this Occasion Shri Guru Sevalal Maharaj Memorial Award was presented to Shri Harbans Lal Vartia, President, Municipal Council, Sangrur by Advocate Sham Singh Muchhaal, Shri Dharam Pal Dharamsot NRI, Shri Darshan Lal Dharamsot, Chairman, Shri Ashok Kamal, President, Dharamsot Welfare Society, Prominent Goaar Singer Shri Lakhbir Lakha and Shri Ishar Das Muchhaal. Shri Harbans Lal Vartia is first Goaar who is elected President of Municipal Council.
Advocate Sham Singh Muchhaal, Shri Harbans Lal Vartia, Walaiti Puri Dhanaula, Shri Ashok Kamal presented their views about the life and philosophy of Goaar Saint Shri Sevalal Ji Maharaj.
Goaar Singer Shri Lakhbir Lakha presented Bhajans about Shri Guru Sevalal Ji Maharaj.
Dharamsot Welfare Society also distributed Sewing Machines to the poor Goaar families. In the end of the function Langar was served by Dharamsot Welfare Society.
