Shri Vasantrao Naik's 96th birth anniversary was celebrated at Akola,Maharashtra on July 1, 2009

Akola, July 1, 2009 (Rounak Rathod): An architect of modern Maharashtra and green revolution, former Maharashtra Chief Minister late Shri Vasantrao Naik's 96th birth anniversary was celebrated by Maharashtra Banjara Employees Association by great enthusiasm at Akola, Maharashtra, India.

Program was celebrated by garlanding the statue of Vasantrao Naik at Vasant Desai Stadium."Vasantraoji was the real brain behind transformation of Maharashtra in being far about other states in field of development and progress," quoted, Mr. Amar Rathod.

Among the dignitries, who participated in the progam were Dr. Rajkumar Chavhan, Prof. BP Pawar, Shri Kalusing Rathod, Shri Anil Rathod, Shri Jaysing Rathod, Prof. Attmaram Rathod, Prof. Bhau Pawar, Prof. Anand Chavhan, Mr. Dilip Rathod, Mr. Shaliq Rathod and many other Banjara officers.

Amar Rathod selected as Acting President of Maharashtra Banjara Employees Association


Office bearers of Maharashtra Banjara Employees Association at Akola Meeting 

Akola (Maharashtra), June 7, 2009 (Rounak Rathod): A social thinker and writer of a book 'Arakshan Vimukth Bhatkyanche' (Reservation of Nomadic and Denotified Tribes) Shri Amar Rathod has been selected as an Acting President of Maharashtra Banjara Employees Association. The central executive committee meeting was held at IMA (Indian Medical Association) Hall, Akola.

The representatives from all over Maharashtra were present at this meeting. These representatives demanded that there should be a change in the organisation and the hard working persons should get important roles in the organisation. "The person like Mr. Amar Rathod fulfills these criterias so he must be selected as an acting president," says Prof. Sanjay Chavhan, Punjab Chavhan and Engineer Rangnath Chavhan. On the proposal of these people, all representatives cheered him happily.

On the selection as acting president, Mr. Mohan Rathod (Nagpur), Shri B.K. Naik(Thane), Prof. Motiraj Rathod (Aurangabad), Prof. Sanjay Chavhan, Prof. Prem Rathod, Punjab Chavhan (Pusad), Engineer Rangnath Chavhan, Engineer Digambar Rathod(Aurangabad), Prof. Pralhad Chavhan, Harish Rathod (Amravati), Dilip Rathod, Prof. P.P. Pawar (Yavatmal), Suresh Rathod, Engineer B.K. Rathod (Washim), Engineer Mangilal Rathod (Buldhana), Kalusing Rathod, Anil Rathod, Prof. Jaising Rathod, Prof. Atmaram Rathod, Prof. Bhau Pawar, Dr. Arvind Ade heartily congratulated Mr. Amar Rathod.

The meeting was held in the presidency of Shri Govind Rathod (Municipal Commissioner of Kalyan).

Among the dignitaries who participated in the meeting were Shri Subhash Rathod(General Secretary). The introduction of this meeting was given by Mr. Amar Rathod and a big thank by Prof. Bhau Pawar.
