The 3rd BANJARA (LAMBANI) NAUKARARA SAMUHA KUTA meeting was held on 25th January 2009 at 11.00 am at Chakravana Park, Hospet.

This samuha is made for giving awareness of Banjara culture among the Banjara people in the Hospet taluk, Bellary dist, Karnataka.

The 3rd BANJARA (LAMBANI) NAUKARARA SAMUHA KUTA meeting was held on 25th January 2009 at 11.00 am at Chakravana Park, under the leadership of Mr. LAXMAN L.D. DMT.E, B.COM, LLB, (B.TECH), Engineer, Kalyani Steels Ltd, on behalf of Banjara community. And this function was run under the guidance of Hon’ble Chairpersons:

The main objective of the meeting was to Opening of Banjara Office in HOSPET and Registration of association and Modification of association title i.e. Banjara (Lambani) Naukarara samuha kuta and opening of Banjara office in HOSPET, and the spreading, knowing and identification of BANJARA culture, traditions, history, and awareness of community among the all Banjara employees in the Hospet taluk as well as in the country.

This meeting was arranged, established, and ran smoothly under the leadership of following dignities was Mr. LAXMAN L.D. DMT.E, B.COM, LLB, (B.TECH), Engineer, Kalyani Steels Ltd, Mr. CHANDRA SHEKHAR NAIK, I.T.I, Senior Technician, Kalyani Steels Ltd. And Mr. Shankar I. Naik B.Sc, B.Ed, (M.Sc), Junior Engineer, Kalyani Steels Ltd was also worked hard to assemble all Banjara goaars to gear up and make this function success.

This meeting was started at 11.30 am and finished around 1.30 am and breakfast also arranged at the end of the meeting. And many Goaar Banjara have given their speech about this Banjara samuha and accepted all the objectives of Banjara samuha objectives rendered by Mr. LAXMAN L.D and who is the founder of this Hospet taluk Banjara samuha kuta.
The following Goaar Banjara dignities of Hospet taluk was presence in the said meeting and participated with their views, idea, suggestion, and all the 72 member was involved in this meeting and drawn many improvements on samuha objectives.

   This meting is run smoothly and systematic way by anchoring and Mr. S.I.Naik also requested to all members to get involve in development works and he used many beautiful slogans and he remembered the Sir M.Viswesharayay and Dr.B.R.Ambedkar too for uplift of backword classes.

   The function was started with prayer on behalf of SRI SEVALAL MAHARAJ JI and then followed by welcome speech by Mr.Rajesh S.Jadhav, Badami, He wished to all Goaar Banjara dignities for attending this meeting and he urged on unity and development of our culture. Introduction speech is done by Mr.D.Chandra shekhar Naik, Dasaralli Thanda, was took all introduction of Goaar Banjara dignites on behalf of samuha. And Mr.D.C.Naik had requested to all members for unity and participates in development of Banjara samuha.

   And Mr. LAXMAN L.D, Sitharama Thanda, has told to all samuha members about this meeting and reason for establishing this samuha, and He said the aims and objectives of samuha to all the members in details, He presented all the points of how the samuha will work in future.
Like, scholarship to best student in thanda’s, honoring to the best teacher, best former and best women.
And he urged on registration of samuha and opening an office of Banjara community in HOPSET and He informed to all members that we should respect to all our senior Goaar Banjara dignites and too our parents so then only we can succeed in our life. He had reminded his primary school life that his teacher guided to him that way of success i.e. for success everybody should have mantra in our life, Firm Believe ness, Clean Mind, Continues Struggle And Continuous Prayer To God. And he urged on many ways to get together to involve in Banjara community development works.

   Mr.Govinda Naik, Professor, Hospet, had given their speech on this samuha meeting with his beautiful words; he suggested all Goaar Banjara to gear up and makes success the aim and objectives of samuha. And he informed to all present dignities that he was doing a Ph.D with thesis of Bellary district Banjara community. And he informed that he was giving all support to samuha.

   Mr.Dr.Ganapati K.L, Principal, Kampli, has emphasis on this type of samuha nowadays and he realized that this is the time to gear up and make success and can develop our Goaar Banjara people in thanda’s and we will help in many ways to this samuha, he urged that our people still didn’t aware of education that in our college only two people was studying, it is poor and backwards area we must work hard for them. We should have plan for them to get develop and improve in educationally.

   Mr.Chandrakanth Rajupt, Deputy Manager, Bijapur, was also given his sweet words on manay improvements towards development of our Goaar Banjara community. And he told about this samuha that he got in website by minuets of Mr. Laxman L.D and I contacted him on same day, I heartily wished to him that nowadays such work is going on in our community people. And he informed to all members that we must celebrate the our god SRI SEVALAL MARAJ JI Birthday in grand every year.And he told to all of samuha members that he support anytime’s

Mr.Peerya Naik, Dasaralli Thanda, said that we should do the work promptly to
get success with all aims and objectives of samuha. And he wished to all present members in samuha.

   Mr. Narayana L., S.D.A, Sitharama Thanda, had wished to all members and he gave many ideas on samuha objective and he told to all members for his support and he introduced many Goaar Banjara in this meeting.

   Mr.Patha Naik, Engineer, Bangalore, has also speaked on samuha meeting and he suggested to all members that we should open an Orkut web for gear up the Banjara student and software employee’s in city area like Bangalore, Hubli, Davanagere, etc.

   Mr.Naveen G. Naik, software Engineer, Bangalore, has also spoken with his gently sweet words that this type of samuha will make unity and grow of our culture and many Goaar Banjara in city side they are lacking the knowledge of our culture. So we must realize ourselves as we are belonging to and origin from Banjara (Lambani). And he felt happy with this meeting.
   Mr.Tukaram Naik, Ph.D, Scholar, Hampi University, urged on samuha that we must respect to our seniors and parents and we should do had work for it and should not fall down. And we make success,

   Mr.Kumar Naik, Ph.D, Scholar, Hampi University, was also happy with samuha objective and he informed to all members about the Community factors that others pulling down to our community, so we should not give a chance to others and we dedicate to our community objective.

The following were the conclusion given by this meeting on samuha objectives and these are all main objective of this Hospet taluk Banjara naukarara samuha kuta. And samuha should perform the function accordingly.
